Scholarship winner announced
Congratulations to Emma Hudson-Mairet, Wauwatosa East class of 2018, this year's recipient of the Friends of Tosa DI scholarship! Emma was a member of DI improv teams during her freshman, sophomore, and junior years at Tosa East. Though her busy schedule did not allow her to join a team in 2017-18, she remained active with DI as a volunteer, helping out at our information tables, supervising contestants in our Duct Tape Fashion Show, and appraising Rising Stars at the regional tournament. She definitely deserves this honor! The scholarship was presented by Cindy Anderson, FOTDI board member, at the annual Tosa East senior awards ceremony in May. Emma will enroll at Marquette University in the fall. We're happy she won't be too far away and hope we will see her again at a DI tournament--as an appraiser!
